Hey Dan, its Jim from Sawmill road in Bellmore.  I just wanted to say thanks for helping me with everything.  I told you it wasn't going to be easy, but it really wasn't bad at all.  My wife was driving me crazy with finding the new house, I appreciate you calming her down.  I thought selling our house and finding a new one would take a ton of time and be really stressful, well I gotta hand it to you... you made it pretty easy.  She loved the fact that we could get the addresses for the homes to look at and drive by them at night with the kids in the car, that really helped to narrow down the choices, you try dragging 3 kids through 20 houses.  I think our house was on the market for about 2 months.  The first month was really slow, this buyers market was making me nervous.  After your suggestions we started getting offers and one just made sense.  My wife has  great taste and the house we bought just 5 minutes away had it all, 5 bedrooms, plus you remember that  home theater room, its as awesome as it looks.  Anyway, with the amount of money we saved on the house we bought, it really balanced out.  I just wanted to send you this, to thank you for your time and it was actually fun, but moving 3 kids and the dog, I am still recovering.   Talk to you soon, oh by the way, my partner Dave Anderson is going to call you, he's jealous of my new home, but wants to move to Merrick, help him out.
